The nurses were outstanding and patient. I explained all that was going on. They were kind and considerate and treated me with dignity. Security could be improved to protect them.

The communication was very bad. Lot of the staff did not introduce themselves. Luckily is was mobile and could help myself. Staff took ages to answer buzzers most time especially at night. There was some good staff but few and far between.

Mum was shown great care and compassion. Her needs were always met and she improved dramatically with the care from the nurses on the ward.
Improvement - She was on a ward with an advanced dementia patient and she kept mum awake a lot. Sleep as you know is paramount in the body healing. Her healing process would have been sped up if not for this.
